Our vision & strategy

With our strategy "We connect the future", we are focusing more than ever on our customers.
We have to know what our customers want and why. Then we can start right there with our offers and services. "End-to-end" is becoming an increasingly important requirement in the consumption of mobility and in logistics. And so we are also thinking ahead within ÖBB: not just from station to station, from bus stop to bus stop. But rather from door to door, from company to company. One thing is clear, however: our core business is and remains bus and rail. This makes us the backbone of public transport, in Austria and beyond.
